Family Manager Coaches offer the proprietary Family Manager Assessment and Personalized Action Plan, state-of-the-art tools developed for Family Manager, based on Kathy Peel’s 19 books and 20 years of experience coaching women and families. The Family Manager Assessment process helps ;people identify their goals, priorities, stress triggers, and areas of desired change. After Assessment data is processed, a Personalized Action Plan with strategic solutions and achievable strategies is created for each Client. This gives the Coach a clear path for coaching the Client to success, and benchmarks for creating coaching goals and evaluating progress.
